在紀(ji)念(nian)“五四”運動(dong)105周年(nian)到來之際,4月22日,學(xue)校在大(da)禮堂舉行第17期“青(qing)馬工程(cheng)”大學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)骨(gu)干(gan)暨(ji)“頭雁(yan)工程(cheng)”班長能(neng)力(li)提(ti)升培(pei)訓班開班儀式。副校(xiao)長田(tian)宗祥出席并講話(hua)。各(ge)二級學(xue)(xue)(xue)院黨總支副書記、團委(wei)(wei)書記、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)辦公室主任、輔導員(yuan),學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)工作(zuo)部、校(xiao)團委(wei)(wei)工作(zuo)人員(yuan),第17期(qi)“青馬工(gong)程”學員,全體班長共730余人參加了開(kai)班式。
田宗祥在講(jiang)話時指出,實(shi)施“青馬(ma)工(gong)程”,是(shi)黨中(zhong)(zhong)央出于對(dui)黨的(de)(de)事(shi)業薪(xin)火相(xiang)傳、后繼有(you)人的(de)(de)戰略思考,是(shi)共青團為黨培養(yang)青年(nian)先鋒分(fen)子引(yin)領(ling)(ling)性、標志性的(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)動實(shi)踐,也(ye)是(shi)學(xue)校(xiao)黨的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)設的(de)(de)一(yi)項重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)工(gong)程,是(shi)一(yi)項政治任務(wu),不是(shi)一(yi)般的(de)(de)教育活(huo)動,經多年(nian)的(de)(de)鞏固和(he)(he)發展,持續引(yin)領(ling)(ling)學(xue)校(xiao)的(de)(de)人才培養(yang),形成了鮮明的(de)(de)優良特征。實(shi)施“頭(tou)雁工(gong)程”,落實(shi)班(ban)長“鑄(zhu)魂”計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)、“學(xue)習”計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)、“強(qiang)基”計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)和(he)(he)“引(yin)領(ling)(ling)”計(ji)劃(hua)(hua),是(shi)加(jia)強(qiang)和(he)(he)改進(jin)(jin)學(xue)校(xiao)思想政治工(gong)作的(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要舉措,也(ye)是(shi)做好新時代學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作的(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)(zhong)之重(zhong)(zhong),發揮班(ban)長“領(ling)(ling)頭(tou)雁”的(de)(de)作用,建(jian)(jian)設高素質(zhi)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)干部隊(dui)伍,有(you)力促進(jin)(jin)班(ban)級建(jian)(jian)設和(he)(he)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)全(quan)面發展,全(quan)面推進(jin)(jin)人才培養(yang)質(zhi)量。
他強調,落實(shi)“青馬(ma)(ma)(ma)工(gong)程”“頭(tou)(tou)雁(yan)工(gong)程”要與(yu)基(ji)層黨建(jian)工(gong)作相結合(he),與(yu)班干部隊伍(wu)建(jian)設(she)(she)相結合(he),與(yu)推(tui)優(you)入(ru)(ru)(ru)團(tuan)、推(tui)優(you)入(ru)(ru)(ru)黨相結合(he),要融入(ru)(ru)(ru)中長期(qi)青年發展規(gui)劃,融入(ru)(ru)(ru)團(tuan)學(xue)干部教(jiao)育(yu)培訓規(gui)劃,融入(ru)(ru)(ru)大學(xue)生(sheng)第二課堂素質教(jiao)育(yu)規(gui)劃,要注重常態化理論跟進,注重階段(duan)性進階賦能,注重經常化實(shi)踐提升,把“青馬(ma)(ma)(ma)工(gong)程”成(cheng)效轉(zhuan)化為政(zheng)治組(zu)織成(cheng)果,把“頭(tou)(tou)雁(yan)工(gong)程”經驗形成(cheng)可復制的實(shi)施模(mo)式(shi),迅速(su)提升我校“青馬(ma)(ma)(ma)工(gong)程”“頭(tou)(tou)雁(yan)工(gong)程”層次和水(shui)平(ping),盡快形成(cheng)領(ling)先態勢和特色(se)品牌。他對全(quan)體學(xue)員提出三(san)點希望:一(yi)是統一(yi)思想(xiang),提高站位,爭做(zuo)新(xin)時代(dai)強國建(jian)設(she)(she)的“千里馬(ma)(ma)(ma)”;二是目標導向(xiang),精準培養,爭做(zuo)思想(xiang)政(zheng)治工(gong)作隊伍(wu)“排頭(tou)(tou)兵”;三(san)是創新(xin)實(shi)踐,學(xue)以致用(yong),爭做(zuo)發展新(xin)質生(sheng)產力的“領(ling)頭(tou)(tou)雁(yan)”。
開(kai)班(ban)式上,校(xiao)團委負責人對本(ben)期(qi)“青(qing)馬(ma)工(gong)程”大學(xue)生骨干(gan)和“頭雁(yan)工(gong)程”班(ban)長能(neng)力提(ti)升培訓進行了安排(pai)部(bu)署。2024年(nian)甘肅青(qing)年(nian)馬(ma)克思主義者培養工(gong)程省級高(gao)校(xiao)示(shi)范(fan)班(ban)學(xue)員寧宏(hong)偉、新學(xue)員代表(biao)劉光輝和嚴(yan)振瀅同學(xue)分別(bie)作了交(jiao)流(liu)發言。
下(xia)一步(bu),學(xue)校(xiao)將深入(ru)學(xue)習貫徹黨的(de)二十大精(jing)神,扎實(shi)(shi)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)黨紀學(xue)習教育,縱深推進(jin)“三抓三促”行動,進(jin)一步(bu)落(luo)實(shi)(shi)黨建(jian)帶團(tuan)建(jian)制度機制,加強對“青(qing)馬工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)”和(he)“頭雁(yan)(yan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)”的(de)領導和(he)實(shi)(shi)施,將其納入(ru)基層(ceng)黨組織建(jian)設(she)和(he)思(si)想(xiang)政治工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)重要內容,深入(ru)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)調查研究,做好(hao)統籌(chou)和(he)長遠規(gui)劃,開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)進(jin)階(jie)式、分層(ceng)次培養(yang),使“青(qing)馬工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)”“頭雁(yan)(yan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)”成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)學(xue)校(xiao)人才培養(yang)的(de)牽引工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)黨建(jian)帶團(tuan)建(jian)的(de)精(jing)品工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)思(si)想(xiang)政治工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)創新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。
